Autentica chooses the freshest ingredients from local farms whenever possible. Our menu reflects the changing seasons but keeps its roots firmly planted in traditional Mexican cuisine. Our rich and flavorful sauces slowly simmer with fresh spices and our tortillas are individually hand made with a traditional press. Vegetarian options are available and many dishes can be made vegan upon request.
